Elles le font occasionnellement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Dans la limite de 6 manifestations annuelles,<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>vous n&#8217;avez pas besoin de licence de spectacle<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Au-del\u00e0, elle devient obligatoire (le plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement licences de 2e ou\/et 3e cat\u00e9gorie).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La d\u00e9tention d&#8217;une Licence de spectacles est n\u00e9cessaire pour s&#8217;affilier au CNV (Centre National de la chanson, des Vari\u00e9t\u00e9s et du jazz) et donc b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier \u00e9ventuellement du taux r\u00e9duit de TVA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour les \u00e9tablissements o\u00f9 il EST D&#8217;USAGE de consommer pendant les s\u00e9ances (clubs, discoth\u00e8ques, bars de nuit, etc.) peu importe la cat\u00e9gorie de Licence.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/affichCodeArticle.do?idArticle=LEGIARTI000037985965&amp;cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006069577&amp;dateTexte=20190101\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>L&#8217;article 278-0 bis du CGI<\/strong><\/span><\/a> (Code G\u00e9n\u00e9ral des Imp\u00f4ts) modifi\u00e9 par la loi de finances rectificative <strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000031733082&amp;categorieLien=id\">(article 80 de la loi 2015-1786 du 29\/12\/2015)<\/a><\/span><\/strong> impose la licence de 1re cat\u00e9gorie pour les \u00e9tablissements o\u00f9 il est servi <strong>facultativement<\/strong> des consommations pendant le spectacle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cette Licence de 1re cat\u00e9gorie est plus contraignante sur le plan de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des lieux.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;activit\u00e9 principale d&#8217;une discoth\u00e8que n&#8217;est pas l&#8217;exploitation ou l&#8217;organisation de spectacles.
