Elle retient que l\u2019employeur ne justifie par \u00ab\u00a0aucun \u00e9l\u00e9ment objectif \u00e9tranger \u00e0 toute discrimination\u00a0\u00bb la diff\u00e9rence de traitement entre le requ\u00e9rant et l\u2019un de ses coll\u00e8gues que l&#8217;employeur d\u00e9crivait inexactement comme ayant la qualit\u00e9 de r\u00e9f\u00e9rent. L\u2019employeur se pourvoit en cassation.<\/p>\n<p data-test=\"contenu-texte\">La Cour de cassation confirme la d\u00e9cision d&#8217;appel. Pour elle, l\u2019employeur n\u2019a pas prouv\u00e9 que le requ\u00e9rant n\u2019\u00e9tait pas victime d\u2019une discrimination salariale.
