Bous allons faire le point en deux ou trois articles compl\u00e9mentaires sur la question.<\/p>\n<h1 id=\"titlePage\" data-test=\"titre-page\">Refus de renouvellement du bail commercial par le propri\u00e9taire<\/h1>\n<div id=\"intro\" class=\"sp-entete-etape fr-mb-6w\" aria-hidden=\"false\">\n<p class=\"fr-text--lg\">Le propri\u00e9taire (appel\u00e9<span class=\"expression\"><em>\u00a0bailleur<\/em><\/span>) qui refuse le renouvellement du contrat de bail commercial \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ch\u00e9ance (c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire apr\u00e8s un d\u00e9lai de 9 ans) doit en principe verser une compensation financi\u00e8re au locataire. Cette somme d&#8217;argent est appel\u00e9e\u00a0<span class=\"expression\"><em>indemnit\u00e9 d&#8217;\u00e9viction<\/em><\/span>.
