Il doit former et adapter les salari\u00e9s \u00e0 leur emploi pour permettre \u00e9ventuellement leur reclassement sur un autre poste. L&#8217;employeur\u00a0<strong>doit rechercher<\/strong>\u00a0toutes les possibilit\u00e9s de\u00a0<strong>reclassement<\/strong>\u00a0et les proposer aux salari\u00e9s. de l&#8217;\u00e9volution des emplois et des technologies notamment.<\/p>\n<p data-test=\"contenu-texte\">L&#8217;employeur pourra licencier le salari\u00e9\u00a0<strong>si toutes les possibilit\u00e9s de formation et d&#8217;adaptation<\/strong>\u00a0ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es afin que le salari\u00e9 conserve son poste ou qu&#8217;il soit reclass\u00e9 sur un autre poste disponible.<\/p>\n<p data-test=\"contenu-texte\">Il peut ainsi proposer une formation compl\u00e9mentaire de\u00a0<strong>courte dur\u00e9e<\/strong>\u00a0permettant une\u00a0<strong>mise en qu&#8217;il occupe (ou un emploi \u00e9quivalent) avec une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration \u00e9quivalente.<\/p>\n<p data-test=\"contenu-texte\">Si aucun poste n&#8217;est disponible, l&#8217;employeur doit \u00e9tendre ses recherches aux emplois que le salari\u00e9 pourrait exercer apr\u00e8s une formation permettant son adaptation \u00e0 cet emploi.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fr-highlight  fr-my-4w fr-ml-0 n&#8217;est pas une formation initiale.
