Lors de cet entretien pr\u00e9alable, le salari\u00e9 peut se faire assister. L&#8217;employeur indique au salari\u00e9 le motif de la d\u00e9cision envisag\u00e9e et recueille les explications du salari\u00e9. Il n&#8217;y a pas de jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9 dans la semaine.<\/p>\n<p data-test=\"contenu-texte\">Si la 1<sup>re<\/sup>\u00a0pr\u00e9sentation de la lettre a lieu le\u00a0<strong>mardi<\/strong>, l&#8217;entretien peut avoir lieu au plus t\u00f4t le\u00a0<strong>mardi de la semaine suivante<\/strong>. Le samedi \u00e9tant un jour ouvrable, il compte dans le d\u00e9lai de 5 jours.<\/p>\n<p data-test=\"contenu-texte\">Si la 1<sup>re<\/sup>\u00a0pr\u00e9sentation de la lettre a lieu le\u00a0<strong>lundi<\/strong>, l&#8217;entretien peut avoir lieu au plus t\u00f4t le\u00a0<strong>mardi de la semaine suivante<\/strong>. convocation doit indiquer les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"sp-item-list\">\n<li>Objet de l&#8217;entretien entre le salari\u00e9 et l&#8217;employeur (ou toute personne appartenant \u00e0 l&#8217;entreprise avec d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de pouvoir)<\/li>\n<li>Date, heure et lieu de l&#8217;entretien (lieu de travail ou si\u00e8ge de l&#8217;entreprise)<\/li>\n<li>Possibilit\u00e9 pour le salari\u00e9 de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une assistance durant l&#8217;entretien soit par un autre salari\u00e9 appartenant \u00e0 l&#8217;entreprise soit par un conseiller ext\u00e9rieur appel\u00e9\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.service-public.gouv.fr\/particuliers\/vosdroits\/F2857\">conseiller du salari\u00e9<\/a>.<br \/>\nLa lettre pr\u00e9cise les coordonn\u00e9es de la mairie\u00a0<strong>et<\/strong>\u00a0de l&#8217;inspection du travail o\u00f9 le salari\u00e9 peut trouver la liste des conseillers.<br \/>\nL&#8217;adresse de la mairie est celle du domicile du salari\u00e9 (s&#8217;il r\u00e9side dans le m\u00eame d\u00e9partement que l&#8217;\u00e9tablissement), sinon celle de la mairie du lieu de
