C&#8217;est ce qu&#8217;on appelle la\u00a0<span class=\"expression\"><em>lettre de notification du licenciement<\/em><\/span>. Cette lettre doit comporter un certain nombre de mentions obligatoires. L&#8217;employeur doit respecter un d\u00e9lai avant de notifier le licenciement.
